Variscite
Variscite is a hydrated aluminum phosphate mineral and is relatively rare. It’s sometime confused with Turquoise, however variscite is usually greener in color. The green color results from the presence of small amounts of chromium.
This piece has a tiny chip on the edge so I reduced the price a bit, but I think it will be mostly covered up when the stone is inlayed.
Dimensions: 12mm x 24mm
Would work well in a pendant, bracelet or larger style ring.
