If custom orders are sold out and you see a stone you love, you can reserve a stone by purchasing it. You are also guaranteeing a spot in line for the next available custom order slot because of your stone reservation. You will be notified by email when the next Custom Order slot becomes available and you must purchase it at that time. I will view your stone purchase as a down-payment, however the work can only begin when you have successfully purchased a Custom Ring, Pendant, or Bracelet Order.

Refunds and Exchanges are not accepted for purchased stones so please be 100% committed to your decision. If you decide to back out after purchasing a stone, you will lose the stone reservation and it will not be refunded.

You will have 3 business days to complete the second step by purchasing the Custom Ring, Pendant, or Bracelet Order when it becomes available to you. If you fail to complete the order in that time frame, you will lose your stone reservation, and you will not be refunded.

Stone purchases are exclusive to Custom Order Packages and not for sale individually.

Sale items, Custom, and Made-to-order items CANNOT be returned or exchanged. However, I accept returns on any 'Ready to Ship' item. Simply contact me within 10 days of delivery & send the item(s) back within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless there was an error on my part.

A refund will be issued as soon as the item(s) are returned in their original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
