Meet the Maker

Hi, I’m Ray! — the designer and maker behind RayJon Design. I’ve been handcrafting wood jewelry since 2019, combining salvaged wood, natural stone, and sometimes leather into one-of-a-kind pieces.

Woodworking started as a creative outlet and quickly became much more. Much of the wood I use comes from the scraps bins of our family-owned wood flooring company, but now I get wood scraps from various wood crafters around Madison.

As a woman woodworker, I’m perhaps in a unique position to craft wood jewelry that women are drawn to. Since I know how I like my own jewelry to fit and feel — I am able to offer tailored pieces that feel comfortable & exciting to wear. My ultimate goal is for you to walk away with a wardrobe staple that you keep reaching for.

I love to celebrate organic shapes, natural materials, and slow craftsmanship, with every piece shaped by hand without the use of lasers or automation. Designed to reconnect you with something that feels authentic and rooted.

Whether you’re drawn to stone, wood, or leather, I hope you find something here that feels like it belongs to you.
